Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the text message program run by Congregation Keren Chaim Inc. (Bigdei Chaim), a registered nonprofit.
Enrollment. Members enroll by pressing 1 on the automated opt-in prompt when they call (855) 765-0008. The prompt says: “Press 1 to opt in for text message updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. If you do not want texts, press 2.” See how members opt in. Consent is not a condition of participating in the program.
Messages. Appointment confirmations, changes and cancellations, event reminders, and updates about the sizing and pickup events. Expect about 1 to 5 messages per member in total.
Sample message. “Bigdei Chaim: Your sizing appointment is confirmed for Sunday, Nov 15 at 1:20 PM. Member ID: 1234. To reschedule, call us back. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation text, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact office@bigdeichaim.org or (855) 765-0008.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or opt-in information with third parties or for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
