Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run the program: a member’s ordering card number, name, kollel, mobile phone number (if provided), appointment time, and clothing sizes and selections. We use this information to schedule appointments, send the text messages described on our Text Message Terms page, fill orders, and plan the pickup event.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with our clothing vendor as needed to fill orders, and with service providers that help us operate the program (such as our phone and text provider, Twilio). Text messaging opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Information is kept for the duration of the program and for a reasonable time afterward, then deleted. To ask us to correct or delete your information, or to opt out of texts, email office@bigdeichaim.org.
